Q1: How to install the APP?

A: Scan the QR code on the device housing to download and install the APP.

For overseas customers, you can download and install it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Q2: Do I need to pair via Bluetooth?

A: No Bluetooth pairing is required. Directly connect and use with your phone’s Bluetooth enabled.

Note: Some Android phones may need to enable Location Services simultaneously for a stable connection.

Q3: How to choose the right LED strip?

A: Match the strip voltage to your controller’s output:

  • 5V Output: Select 5V WS2812B addressable LED strips.
  • 12V Output: Select 12V WS2815 or WS2811 addressable LED strips.Key Tip: Always ensure voltage compatibility to avoid damaging your controller or strips.

Q4: Can an external power supply be used?

A: Yes, for current draw exceeding 2A, an external power supply is recommended for auxiliary power.

Alternatively, you can choose our models with high-current output (please contact our customer service for detailed options).

Q5: How to set pixel points and how to calculate the pixel count?

A: The controller supports a maximum of 200 pixel points; points beyond this limit will not light up.

The calculation method varies by strip model:

  • WS2812/WS2815 Strips: Directly count the number of LED beads as the pixel count.Example: 60 LEDs = 60 pixels.
  • WS2811 Strips (12V 60 LEDs/m): 3 LEDs form 1 pixel.Example: 60 LEDs = 20 pixels.
